High-quality bearing ceiling hook made in Finland. The plastic bearing ensures an even smoother swinging motion. Extremely durable and inconspicuous ceiling attachment for gymnastic rings, trapeze, climbing rope, or anything else!

Impressive durability of 200kg per bracket. Attached with two screws/bolts. Screws/bolts are not included in the delivery. Not suitable for outdoor use (no rust protection under the paint).
