Red (Extra Light) resistance band is intended for strength training exercises like pull-ups (about 5-10kg assistance depending on the user's height). Length of the resistance band is 200cm.
Black (Light) resistance band is intended for strength training exercises like pull-ups (about 8-16kg assistance depending on the user's height). Length of the resistance band is 200cm.
Purple (Medium) resistance band is suitable for bodyweight exercises and muscle development, offering additional resistance in powerlifting movements. It assists a person who is 175cm tall in pull-ups with approximately 20kg at the bottom position and 10kg at the top position. Length of the resistance band is 200cm.
