Slackline
Slackline
Practice balancing in the forest or your backyard. Great exercise for adults and children.
Slackline is a balance line intended for people of all ages and skill levels, which develops body control, balance, and focus. Slacklining is similar to tightrope walking, but the line is wider and has the bounce characteristics of a trampoline. This allows for various tricks as your skills improve. If desired, slackline can also be used for strength training.
Slackline is easy to carry from your own backyard to the park or summer cottage. In fact, you can take slackline anywhere you can set it up. Progress in slacklining happens much like learning to ride a bicycle – you might need some support at first, but soon you'll find yourself fully engaged.
Slacklining is an inspiring way to move, as the only limit to tricks is your imagination, and you can set the difficulty level yourself. Slackline consists of two parts: a 1-meter strap with a loop and a ratchet lock, and a 13-meter strap with a loop. Additional reinforcements are sewn into the loops. The weight limit for the slackline is 200kg.
