Installation
Installing gymnastic rings is easy. We recommend using the ceiling mounts available from our product range.
Wooden ceiling: attachment to the load-bearing parts of the ceiling with screws selected according to the ceiling material and structure.
Concrete ceiling: attachment with selected plugs and screws according to the ceiling material and structure.
Another popular installation method is our wooden pull-up bar, which is installed between door frames.
